By placing your bid on any auction with Prista Vacation Rentals through www.pristavacationrentals.com you may receive incredible savings on your next visit to sunny Myrtle Beach. Please read the policies below and proceed with placing your bid and save!!

Please follow these easy steps to place your bid:
1. Please search the above auctions to see if any of the available properties and dates are a good fit for your vacation needs.
2. To place your bid, please completely fill out the form on Bid Here tab after clicking on Bid Now.
3. When the auction is completed and if you are the winner of the auction, you will be emailed with confirmation.
4. You will receive a rental agreement, which will need to be e-signed in order to confirm the reservation. Upon signing the rental agreement, a Prista Vacation Rentals representative will call you to take payment.

Important information:  Please note that sales tax(11%-12%), Accidental Damage Protection ($29), Processing Fee (3%) and a departure cleaning fee (varies upon property size) will be added to your accepted bid. All accepted bids must be paid in full within 24 hours of acceptance and are non-refundable per our cancellation policy. Royal Adventure Travel Protection can also be purchased (add 7% to rental total).
