1. Website Security Policy

This Security Policy describes the online security practices of the website Prista.com (“PRISTA”) and its corporate divisions and business affiliates.  “We” or “us” or “our” or “PRISTA” refers to Prista.com and its owners and/or affiliates. PRISTA is strongly committed to protecting the security of all transmissions on our website and the privacy of our customer’s information.  See our Privacy Statement & Terms and Conditions.

We attempt to ensure that PRISTA remains available to all users by employing software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage to us or our users.

2. Security Precautions

PRISTA takes every precaution to protect our customers’ information. When customers submit sensitive information via the website, that information is protected. When a form on our site asks customers to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. Furthermore our credit card processing is done via a third party process service, securebookingnow.com or its designee, which is equally committed to privacy and security and maintains the most current version of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards or PCI DSS for all PRISTA authorized transactions. PCI DSS is the bankcard industry’s most stringent security standard.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect customer-information off-line. All of our customer information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.

3. Changes to Security Policy

PRISTA has the discretion to update this security policy at any time.  When we do, we will also revise the “updated” date at the top of this page.  We encourage you to periodically review this security policy to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the information we use.  If you have provided us with contact information we will send you a notice to the email address we have on file for you. PRISTA will not be responsible for inaccurate or out dated email addresses when supplying security policy updates. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy contact us at legal@Prista.com. Once changes have been made, your continued use and/or access of the website will constitute your acceptance and consent to the revised Security Policy.
