At just over 2,600 square feet of living space and HDTVs in each room, this 3 bedroom/3 bath unit offers plenty of space to gather with family and friends or escape for a little relaxation on your own after a long day on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner right at home; including a wine refrigerator for the wine enthusiasts in the house. For your enjoyment and entertainment there are HDTV’s in every room, cable with DVR, and DVD Player and dedicated high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. Seriously, what more could you ask for?! Once you vacation here, you’ll want to return year after year!
We generally accept 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) Saturday to Saturday. Alternative check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request. 3-night minimum Labor Day to Memorial Day.

However, the resort fitness center facilities, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools located throughout Kingston Resort are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.
HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
