  • Cancel For Any Reason Insurance Summary

    Protects up to 100% of traveler's expenses for all covered trip cancellation or interruption reasons listed in the policy documents. These would be instances such as an illness or injury to someone in your traveling party, death in the family, hurricanes, mandatory evacuations, and many more benefits (OR) up to 60% of traveler's expenses for trip cancellation reasons NOT listed in the policy.   • If I don’t have travel insurance and there is a Hurricane, do I get a refund?

    No, guests who decline travel insurance, forfeit their ability to get a refund in the event of a natural disaster.

  • Is the age restriction of 25 for booking the suite negotiable?

    No, we have a strict age restriction of 25 years of age. This is set by the HOA of the building and not Prista.

  • Does everybody staying in the suite have to be over the age of 25?

    No, only the guest booking the reservation is required to be over the age of 25. The person making the reservation must be also be occupying the condo for the entire length of the stay.

  • Can we bring our pet on vacation with us?

    No, we have a strict no pet policy, this is set by the HOA of building not Prista.

  • I booked with a third party booking site (HomeAway, VRBO) , why do I see two charges on my Credit Card?

    Third party booking sites like HomeAway and VRBO charge guests a booking fee to use their website. This fee was included in the quote they provided prior to you making the reservation. It is processed separately.

  • Can we use multiple payment methods?

    Yes, we accept all major credit cards, as well as e-check. We can accept payment from multiple guests for the same stay.

  • Can a Canadian guest pay with e-check?

    No, we are not set up to receive e-check from Canadian guests, however Canadian guests can make arrangements to send a physical check in US dollars to Prista.

  • Why didn’t I receive my check-in information?

    Check-in information is sent 10 days prior to check-in with a zero balance and a signed rental agreement.

  • Can I pay off the balance prior to it being due?

    Yes, absolutely, we ask that you make that request via email. Payment will be processed, and you will receive confirmation via email.

  • How do I report a maintenance issue?

    Contact our property care team via email, phone or text. This contact information is provided in the guest welcome packet. Every effort will be made to be resolved as soon as possible.

  • Are golf carts available for rent?

    Yes. Golf carts must be rented through Kingston Golf Cart rental. Personal golf carts (from guests staying outside of Kingston) and/or golf carts rented from another rental company are not allowed in the resort due to the limited parking that is available.

  • Is parking available for motorcycles or trailers at the Kingston Resort?

    Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated area only (on a first come, first serve basis), located in front of the security gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.

  • Are beach chairs & umbrellas available for rent?

    Beach chairs & umbrellas can be rented from March until October through Lack’s Beach Service at one of their stands located on the beach or by calling 843-448-7741.

  • Are your rental properties pet-friendly?

    No, pets are not permitted in any of our properties.

  • Is smoking permitted?

    No, smoking is prohibited inside the properties, as well as out on the balconies.

  • Are grills available for guests to use?

    No, grilling is not permitted.

  • What is included with our rental?

    Bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels, along with a set of starter supplies to include paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper. Depending upon usage and your length of stay, supplies may need to be replenished.
